DSLR Flycam Nano / Canon T3i

So I had to take a break from our editing projects and go out and have some fun with some of our new equipment. Here we have a Canon T3i, also known as the 600D, mounted on a DSLR Flycam Nano. The Flycam is basically a camera image stabilizer similar to the Glidecam and Steadicam lines.

It took about an hour to get properly balanced but the results are fantastic. I am quite excited about the opportunities this small device opens up for our wedding videography projects this year. Note: It still appears in the video above that further tweaking is necessary for total balance but I am happy with the initial results as this was the first trial run with it. Special thanks to Brandon for being a wonderful test subject (and great driver)!
